1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Poststash ("the Service") at poststash.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Poststash is a social media scheduling and content management platform. It allows you to create, schedule, and publish posts to connected social platforms (X, Threads, Instagram, LinkedIn), and manage your content library from a single dashboard.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person or organisation may maintain one account unless explicitly authorised otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates the terms of any connected social platform.
• Post on behalf of another person or organisation without their explicit authorisation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its API.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service and for ensuring it complies with the terms of each social platform you connect.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as X, Threads, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, rate limits, or availability that may affect the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Poststash offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan ("Subscription").

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Early-access users will be grandfathered at their original terms where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Poststash. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will always be delivered on schedule. Scheduled posts depend on the availability of third-party platform APIs, which are outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poststash and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
